TRANSFORMATION HATHA YOGA
Transformation Hatha Yoga is a beautiful practice which works on many levels. While attending Yoga in Dublin with us, postures are practiced along with breathing which calms the mind whilst increasing physical stamina and strength. All bodily systems work more efficiently and energy levels are enhanced allowing a greater release of toxins and contributing to a deeper sense of health and wellbeing.
This complete system of Hatha Yoga also enhances breathing capacity and back-pain can be helped through increased flexibility of the spine and strengthening of supporting muscles.

As the postures are adapted to meet the individual needs of students, those who are not accustomed to physical exercise can start from that point, and build a level of fitness suitable for them.
The Yoga Dublin classes can be taught on a one-to-one basis or in a group.
A one to one lesson is tailored to meet the individual needs of the person taking into account any physical or emotional conditions. The session concentrates on a balanced practice including posture, breathing, whole body exercise as well as a full relaxation period.
