MINDFULNESS MEDITATION CLASSES
Pure Meditation foundation combines Mindfulness and Meditation. This is a practice which involves sitting quietly for a few minutes at a time to bring peace thus enhancing the ability to deal with challenges, stress and to improve concentration.
This lovely practice is taught in one meditation class session and if practised regularly will bring feelings of harmony, contentedness and the ability to be centred, for example, in meetings or other areas which call for personal confidence. In addition the risk of headaches is reduced and through regular practice blood pressure can be brought into balance.
Mindfulness Meditation is suitable for all ages helping creative abilities to shine through.
A complete practice in itself it is also a first step towards a depth meditation - Pure Meditation.
