The Natural Energy Healing session consists of consultation time where the problems or conditions can be spoken of and practical tools given to help in everyday life. Then the healing itself takes place - lying comfortably whilst fully clothed and covered in a blanket the person receives what is needed at that time.
The physical and emotional conditions which Natural Healing helps are many and range from back-pain, headaches and digestive problems to stress and depression, requiring only an open mind to receive the many benefits.
Often people seek Energy healing when there is a sense of something missing or of something being not quite right. Healing can then restore an inner peace and contentment.
The number of sessions needed depends on the severity and duration of the problem and this is discussed in the initial session.
